Shipment and return

The shipping fee starts from 8,50€
Shipping time is FAST all over Europe: 48/96 hours.
Items are carefully packaged and all have their tracking code to keep an eye on the shipment.
Returning an item is free of charge, within 14 days as established by law.

Payment

Payments on F16 Project’s webiste are safe and certified; you can choose to pay in whatever way suits you best, choosing among:

  • Bank transfer
  • Credit card

Shipment and return

  • Shipment
    All orders are managed by express courier. Orders are processed Monday to Friday. We don’t ship on bank holidays and weekends (Staurday and Sunday). Our products are usually available for immediate delivery; in the event some item is sold-out, clients will be promptly notified through email and will be able to cancel their order or wait for the supply to be back in stock.
  • Delivery
    Once the courier’s waybill is signed by the client, it will not be possible to argue on the quality or quantity of what’s been received anymore. If required, it is possible to have the package held for pickup at the nearest courier’s warehouse.
  • Delivery time
    Once the items’ availability has been checked and the payment is succesfully received, the products will be taken by the courier for shipping in 24/48 hours following the payment day. The same courier commits to deliver the parcel by 48/96 working hours since the collection day or in the first available date.F16 Project commits to processing all orders in the agreed time, however it does not take any responsibility in case of processing delay or product delivery. The processing of orders could take longer during sale time.
    Orders placed over the weekend will be handled starting the following Monday. F16 Project is responsible for the products up until delivery. From the moment the client signs the delivery note, the responsibility for each item passes to the person who made the purchase.
  • Inspection and integrity
    Once the product has arrived, the client should carefully inspect the integrity of the parcel and control that the number of items delivered is congruent with the number shown on the delivery note before signing.
    If for any reason, the parcel seems to have been tampered with or the duct tape isn’t intact, the client is asked to « sign conditionally ». Any irregularity should be notified to the courier immediately and written down on the delivey note explaining in details what’s damaged. Without this, we will not be able to start the refund practice with the insurance. In case the delivery was taken in by an unauthorized signature or there’s proof of parcel tampering, the client shoul immediately notifiy the event at the nearest courier’s warehouse and get in touch with F16 at info@f16project.it
  • Tracking
    Once shipped, F16 Project will send an email with the tracking code to be updates about the shipment. Clients will be able to follow the shipment status by clicking on the link in this email, which will redirect them on the courier’s webiste. Here, they’ll be able to put the reference number and check the status.
  • Right of withdrawal
    As per DL 6th September 2005 n. 206 (and following integrations), the consumer client, in case of dissatisfaction with the products, namely of the content of the Seller’s services, will have the right to return the products to have them replaced or ask for the refund of the amount paid at the moment of purchase. Personalized products will only be reimbursed for the amount corrisponding the product, that is net of the adhesive price.
    You can withdraw by contacting the Seller by 14 days following the product shipment, that is by 14 days following the purchase of the services, sending us an email to info@f16project.it featuring all the necessary information in order to properly process the return and the refund process. This email will need to include all the following: a. declared will of the client to withdraw fully or partially from the purchase agreement; b. number and copy of the waybill or invoice which proves the purchase of the item from which you intend to withdraw; c. description and product code from which you intend to withdraw. The refund, including the shipping fees, will be made by the Seller by 14 days since receiving the client’s email.
    After receiving the withdrawal notice, the Seller will check the conformity to above-mentioned requirements and will agree, via e-mail too, upon the procedure to return the product. The returned items must comply to the following:
    they must not have been used
    they must not have missing parts
    they must have their original packaging.

Depending on the Seller’s return policy, in case the client wants to return personalized goods, these cannot be reimbursed (the product will be reimbursed, but the personalized sticker will not).
