It depends on the payment method you use. Once the payment is received, the order is processed and shipped in 24/48 working hours (unless otherwise specified within the product description or in case of personalized goods). Often, if the order was placed before 1pm and paid already, we ship on that same day. How can I check the location of my parcel? When the goods are shipped, you will be sent a tracking code to your email, which allows you to check any shipment status update. We invite you to report any issue to email@example.com Can I have my parcel held for pick-up at my local courier warehouse? Yes, please write down in the note section of your order in which branch you want your product to be held for pick-up. In which Countries do you ship? We deliver all over Europe, but for shipping outside Italy please reach out at firstname.lastname@example.org for a quote without commitment. How much does the shipping cost and how long does it take for it to reach my home? Please read the information at the “Delivery” page. What shall I do once I receive the parcel? Once you receive your parcel, please check the package is intact and that it hasn’t been damaged in any way during shipment. Please also check the number of packages written on the waybill matches the number of parcels you’ve been actually delivered. If something is wrong, please sign conditionally and promptly get in touch with us at email@example.com. A few days after you received the product, we would love if you could send us an email with your feedback, so we can improve our service to other customers like you. PAYMENT What payment methods do you accept? We accept Paypal, credit cards, bank transfers. Do you release receipt or invoice? We usually send a receipt with your product, but you can also ask for an electronic invoice at the time of placing the order, if needed.
